By accessing and using the Pexi Store website (pexi.store) or placing an order through our authorized WhatsApp channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Store Operations & WhatsApp Ordering

Pexi Store operates as an e-commerce storefront. Final order placement, confirmation, and customer support are primarily facilitated through third-party messaging services (WhatsApp). By initiating a checkout process, you consent to communicating with our business via WhatsApp and agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.

3. Products, Pricing, and Promotions

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product images and descriptions (e.g., Magic Eraser Sponges, Wall Repair Kits) are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur. All products are provided "as is."
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotions & Countdowns: Promotional offers, discounts (such as "Festive 50% Off"), and countdown timers displayed on the website are subject to stock availability and may be altered, extended, or terminated at the sole discretion of Pexi Store.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Shipping

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across India. By placing a COD order, you commit to paying the exact order amount in cash (or via accepted UPI methods provided by the delivery partner) at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict COD access for users with a history of unaccepted deliveries or suspicious activity.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled via WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Due to the consumable nature of many of our household products, returns are generally only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within the designated return window. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Pexi Store name, logos, text, graphics, and custom code, is the intellectual property of Pexi Store. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or copying of our branding or website assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pexi Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alappuzha, Kerala, India.
